Many millennia have passed since the events of Sousei no Aquarion and mankind now faces a fresh threat from an alternate dimension – the “Abductors.” These invaders, much like the Shadow Angels before them, are targeting human cities to abduct its residents. In response, the Neo-DEAVA organization has established two teams – one of males and one of females – each equipped with their own giant machines known as “Aquaria” to defend humanity. When teenager Amata Sora decides to protect his new friend Mikono, he reveals his hidden powers to combine male and female Vectors into a single robot, resurrecting the legendary Aquarion once again.
